Mississippi's Oldest Label Company

About Us

Wally and Gloria Fields, founders of Magnolia Label Company, owned and operated an offset printing company for several years, servicing the walk-in, one time customer to nationwide customers such as Sears and Sunbeam Corporation. Always trying to meet their customers' needs is what led to the birth of Magnolia Label. Wally was approached by Sunbeam Corporation with a need for pressure sensitive labels. After a lot of research and phone calls, Wally and Gloria purchased their first label press which led to a completely different printing process. Possessing the only label press within a seven state area combined with the entirely different printing style, Wally and Gloria soon decided to sell the offset department and focus solely on pressure sensitive labels.

Magnolia Label Company is proud to have grown from that one room shop within the print shop located in a small shopping center to an almost 20,000 square foot plant on Interstate 55. There were three other stops along the way, all of which the company outgrew.

Today, Magnolia Label Company’s customers range from small customers, who are just getting started, to multimillion dollar national and international companies. We are extremely proud of the fact that we still produce labels for two of our first five customers. Two of the five have sold out to other companies, and one is out of business. We contribute our success to staying with the basic principles that our company was built on over forty years ago – putting the customer and their needs first and producing a quality label that our customers are proud to put on their product(s) at a fair price and standing behind our work and backing up our word.
